1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using veriq ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
veriq provides software observability tools for agencies and development teams, including error tracking, performance monitoring, uptime monitoring, and AI-assisted debugging features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe on any third-party rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
5. Data and Privacy
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Payment and Billing
veriq offers three plans: Free ($0/month), Pro ($99/month), and Max ($249/month). Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds. Upgrades take effect immediately.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
veriq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by veriq and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, veriq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
11. Plan Limits
Each plan has defined limits on the number of projects and ingest events per day. Free: 1 project, 10,000 events/day. Pro: 20 projects, 500,000 events/day. Max: unlimited projects, unlimited events. When you reach an event limit, new inbound events are dropped for the remainder of that calendar day — no existing data is deleted. If you exceed project limits by downgrading a plan, existing projects are preserved but no new projects may be created until you are under the limit.
